and have your order shipped together with one shipping charge.  You can add products from any site and they will be put in one shopping cart.  We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.  Once we ship your order, you will receive an invoice by email with your tracking information.   We try to offer low shipping costs and utilized the postal service as much as possible.  

We ship UPS and USPS.  We can ship UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day and Ground.  We also ship USPS Express Mail, Priority Mail and First Class.  Please note that to some areas, your order is guaranteed by UPS to  arrive in 1, 2 or 3 days even if it is shipping Ground.  You can check the shipping time by going to UPS and clicking on Calculate Time and Cost.  Enter in our zip code 28644 (Laurel Springs) and your zip code.  It is usually 1 day shipping to North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.

Returns:

We want you to be happy with your product.  If you are not satisfied with it, simply return it to us within 30 days and will credit your card back for the amount less shipping charges.  Please return items by US postal service to:

Large Order Purchases:

Please note for large order purchases, particularly with gold items, we may require additional identification or payment through PayPal.  For these orders, we can only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses or to the billing address of the credit card.
